Starting in 2000, business partners Bedros Oruncakiel & Kirkor Suri, decided to hone in on their interest in contemporary architecture and unique home designs by giving birth to a new vision to conquer, the Malibu residential real estate market. Always looking to expand their ventures, they saw this an opportunity to further display their unique knowledge and success of the development market. They selected prime locations such as La Costa Beach, Malibu Park, Malibu Road, Serra Retreat, and Carbon Canyon to develop exclusive and luxurious custom-designed residences for Malibu’s most elite clients. The partners have worked with the most prestigious architects, engineers, and contractors throughout the entire building process. Their homes have made a unique mark in the Malibu residential market.
